The Lombard Junior Women's Club (LJWC) is run by women just like you, that have a passion for giving back to our community through service. Each year, a new executive board and committee chairs are elected to ensure we are living out the LJWC mission.
Meet our 2024 Executive Board
Brittney Conway
President
Brittney grew up in a small town in central Illinois and moved to Lombard in 2014. She joined the LJWC in 2018 after meeting another member while serving together as election judges. After only a few months as a member, she volunteered to chair the Lilac Princess Program, one of the club's signature programs. She has enjoyed being a part of that program and is chairing it for her fifth year. Brittney works at the American Society of Anesthesiologists and is the President of the St. Pius X Parent School Association, a Brownie Girl Scout troop leader, and volunteers with her sorority, Delta Delta Delta. In her spare time, she serves as the 'keeper of the calendar' and master event planner for her husband and two little kids.
Cassie Hartness
Vice-President/President-Elect
Cassie grew up in Lombard and moved to Villa Park in 2015. She was part of the LJWC from 2018 to end of 2019 and rejoined in 2022. Prior to joining the LJWC, she spent many years volunteering her summers at TLC Camp. In 2022, Cassie became Co-Director of TLC Camp and will be a Director again for camp in 2023. Cassie works for Streamwood Behavioral Healthcare Systems. She enjoys spending time with her husband and step daughter and venturing out to new places on the weekends.
Lindsey Young
Secretary
Lindsey grew up in Lombard until a few years ago when she moved to Glendale Heights. She joined LJWC in 2017 with the invitation to join from her sisters and was drawn to all the club had to offer. Over the past few years, she has chaired Environment and Education, By-Laws and now most recently, Secretary. Lindsey is a Clinical Nurse Leader in the Neonatal ICU. In her spare time, she loves to read, work on puzzles, and spend time with her family and friends.

Diane Addante
Treasurer
Diane has been a member since 1991. She has served in various capacities, including Club President three times and TLC Camp Director twice. Diane was President of GFWC Illinois 5th District and went on to serve all offices of GFWC Illinois, culminating with a term as State President in 2014-2016. Additionally, she has served on the GFWC International Board on Communications/Public Relations, Leadership and Legislation Committees. Diane currently serves as the GFWC Illinois Parliamentarian and GFWC International Parliamentarian.
Stacy Schroeder
Membership Programs & Social
Joining club in 2002 Stacy jumped right in and joined board as Yearbook chair and has never looked back. She has chaired almost every committee and executive board positions. She loved the role as President so much she did it three times! Stacy has chaired Ways and Means multiple times and has brought the following successful fundraisers to Club: Bistros in the Burbs, LJWC Golf Outing, Bunco, Pick Three Lotto Calendars, and our most recent Luck of the Draw. Her love for club is a family affair as Stacy joined during her mother's first term as President making them the first mother & daughter pair in club.
